Community Manager (German Native), Engagement Specialist




What will you do?

  • You will manage the monthly calendar for our clients social networks,being the interlocutor with them to solve any doubts, publishing the monthly content plan answering all comments and queries received, strengthening the link with consumers, and detecting possible trends that may arise.
  • You will proactively participate in team meetings in order to report on the status of the project, in addition to content creation.
  • You will produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on social media performance.
  • You will research new trends in social media that contribute to content creation for current brands and/or clients.

Who you are?

  • Someone who manages social networks and is up to date with whats new.
  • A Community Manager who is organized and attentive to detail.
  • Sociable person who enjoys customer service and generating good engagement with everyone.
  • You are a native in German and English bilingual.
  • Nice to Have: Spanish (we speak English so don't worry if you don't speak Spanish).
  • Availability to work full time

This position has the purpose of coordinating and managing direct communication through all digital channels in a proactive way; in this way we can maintain consumer satisfaction in line with our customers needs.
